Research Interests

My research focuses on the evolution of adaptive traits in the Asparagaceae plant family.

I use phylogenomic approaches to investigate evolutionary relationships as well as trait evolution and diversification.

I am particularly interested in the diversity of xerophytic and geophytic traits across the monocots.
